PRIORITY
DEADLINE
Priority Deadline is the date by which Current Students must pay
tuition to maintain 'priority' and guarantee their class spot. After
the PD, OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM ELECTRONICALLY DELETES UNPAID STUDENTS
FROM THE ROSTER and New Students are placed in the vacancies. The
PD ranges from two to four weeks prior to the start of a term (certain
terms require more administrative time to balance classes).

Full payment is required with registration. In the event your first
class choice is not available
your entire payment will, of course, be refunded.
PAYMENT
SPECIFICS
Pay by check, MC, Visa, or American Express.
New NSF Check Policy: If your check is returned for non-sufficient
funds (NSF), an additional
processing fee of $30.00 will be charged to your account.
Mail-in registration/payments are preferred, as it allows our front
office team to process registrations
in off-peak hours, allowing us to better serve our clients. Also
note, we have an on-site tuition drop-off
slot located at the front desk (near the wall).

ANNUAL FAMILY ADMINSTRATION FEE
This is a flat, $35 per family fee which is due upon initial registration
and on your anniversary date thereafter. This fee defrays our administrative
costs and if kept current it entitles all your immediate family
members to 'Previous Student Status'.

At Leaps & Bounds, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your immediate
family pays full fare.
ALL lesser tuitions from your immediate family are discounted a
full 20%.

TUITION-BACK GUARANTEE
If after your family's first term of classes you are not entirely
happy with our programs we will happily refund 100% of your tuition
for the first term (or apply it as credit toward another Leaps &
Bounds program). Note that our money-back guarantee is intended
for families brand new to Leaps & Bounds.
(A credit will be extended to Current Students attending a Leaps
& Bounds program brand new to them).
