Much has changed over these years: originally, I personally taught every student and knew most of
the parents' names; our original facility was smaller than the floor exercise mat and 4 of them would fit inside our current facility, we had one phone line, no website or on-line registration!

However, much ahs stayed the same, in particular, our foundational principles. Since the beginning, Our Company has existed for one reason: to do good things for kids and it remains my pledge to you to do everything in my power to see that every Leaps & Bounds happening is in harmony with that goal.

Kids First
No matter if you are from Baton Rouge or Albany, search high and low, and you will find NOTHING like Leaps & Bounds. It stands apart from everything else. Leaps & Bounds was NOT created like traditional sports complexes which collect various sports under one roof and then go about finding clients of any age to engage in the sport. We first identified our client-kids-and then we went about identifying instructional activities that were good for kids. We are a place for kids first and sports second. We are completely committed to our client, you kids!

Teachers and Employees
Today, Leaps & Bounds has 25 employees. But not just any 25 employees, 25 of the best employees
in the industry. It is safe to say, in this respect (and others), Leaps & Bounds Sports Center is the
envy of its industry. Our staff stands behind our 8 Unifying Principles which ground everything we
do. That is why we are different. Come and visit us, you will see the difference!
